Strategic communication, public diplomacy and international cooperation

Yevheniia Yemshenetska is a specialist in strategic communications and public diplomacy. After several positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, notably in Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, she headed international relations at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine, where she initiated a program to train young diplomats in gastrodiplomacy.
